| Shared note | SOUR @S1292@ QUAY 3 (Research): [ReidMar02.FTW] A nurse dropped him when he was a baby and injured either h is hip or leg because he wore a built-up shoe all his life . As an adult the lift on his shoe was approximately 2" pl us. He walked with a limp and used a cane. He came to Calgary, Canada with his parents in 1912 but h e went back to Scotland where he married Jean Taylor and br ought her back to Canada. He worked for the Dept. of Natural Resources of the C.P.R . and remained there until he retired. He moved to Whitero ck after his retirement. |
