Blue Crane Drive

Mid September Lesley and I joined our friends Anthea and Gerry Beck in Florida. Anthea and Gerry had swapped their house in Brittany, France for 4 weeks at 816 Blue Crane Drive, Venice. As you can see the house and the surroundings were pristine, almost unreal, Pelican Point, the gated estate upon which the house is situated is a retirement community, catering in the main for those interested in golf, but not much else.

Nevertheless the house and location provided an excellent base for our holiday.

Huffman Aviation

Quite apart from renting us an airplane, they also shot to "fame" after 9/11 as one of the schools which had trained the pilots of the aircraft which flew into the Twin Towers.
